About the Role

 

You’ll work closely with our Founder, supporting him to focus on strategic initiatives. You’ll manage calendars, follow up on outstanding tasks, and optimise time by prioritising what matters most. Beyond this, you’ll help make the Datamine office a great place for our team to thrive—ensuring everyone is set up for success and delivering outstanding results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

·       Founder Support:   Manage the Founder’s calendar, streamline communication, and follow  up on key tasks to ensure focus is on high-impact strategic work 

·       Operational Efficiency:   Keep the wheels turning smoothly by maintaining processes, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.  You are not afraid to follow up 

·       Office Coordination:   Create and maintain an environment where the Datamine team can do their best work—whether that’s keeping the office organised, supporting team events, or handling day-to-day logistics 

·       Team Enablement:   Be the go-to person for internal support, helping the team stay aligned and focused on delivering excellent client outcomes.
