The Role
This role is all about ensuring smooth-running internal processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with teams to document and implement process changes. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to analyse how we work, aiming to increase  efficiency and quality across projects and operations, while building the foundation for growth and scalability. While you love a well-designed process, you know that processes exist to support people—not the other way around.

A Week in the Life of a Datamine Process Integrator Might Include:

• Analysing and documenting internal business processes to support efficiency and scalability
• Engaging with teams to identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies that could hinder growth
• Translating workflows into clear, documented processes that facilitate consistent, scalable operations
• Managing change initiatives, communicating “the why” behind improvements that support business growth
• Developing metrics to measure and report on process effectiveness, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
• Meeting with your performance coach to ensure support and alignment with Datamine, your role and your personal goals
